Check-in was fast and smooth. The room is small but reasonably spacious. The bed is comfortable, daily bottled water was replenished, and the view from the window was excellent.
Soundproofing is weak: noises from the corridors are clearly audible, and sounds from other rooms can also be heard. Hot water in the bathtub consistently ran out after approximately 14 minutes (I timed it). When I contacted the front desk to ask whether hot water was limited, they seemed surprised and said an engineer would be sent, but the issue was never resolved. There was also a periodic smell of urine coming from the floor drain in the bathroom.
The hotel kindly surprised me with a birthday cake, which was a nice gesture. Breakfast at the restaurant was good, while lunch was less impressive. The lobby café is excellent.
I would consider staying here again, but only after confirming that the bathroom issues have been properly resolved.
