Currently staying in the Atlantis the palm. Stayed here for my birthday. It’s been a great stay. Staff are all friendly. House keeping is excellent. Especially Govinda really lovely smiley and always going above and beyond. I did have a small hiccup when I arrived. However it was dealt with professionally by the management and made my stay even more memorable. Some improvements I will liked to make would be to make sure there are updates on what’s being refurbished/ closed prior to booking. As the aquarium was something I was looking forward to. The waterpark access was lovely but the lockers was expensive in my opinion. Maybe some special rates could apply for people staying in the hotel. But overall will come here and visit again maybe this time with family. The buffet was all tasty and truly exceptional. Really nice and clean hotel with attention to detail from house keeping. Thank you to all the staff who made my birthday and stay more memorable

Hello, I had an amazing time with my sister we celebrated her birthday. And I can’t thank your staff enough for the wonderful service they provided us Zimbini and Rupam brought her a cake and they decorated her bed so talented and they were so nice. Thank you so very much for the beautiful experience we enjoyed it very well and we will definitely go back next year.

Had the most amazing week here at the Atlantis the Palm. From the moment we walked in we were greeted and treated like celebrities. The receptionist Mint went out of her way to give us a free upgrades to rooms. The valet parking staff were very efficient and our friend Abhijit the housekeeper was so friendly and always made sure everything was spotless and clean. Will definitely visit here again soon.

This is our 2nd stay here If i could give more than 10/10 I would. Always friendly checkin easy rooms are awesome. The housekeeper especially Hassan cant do enough for you. I love the waterpark that is attached to the hotel which you have access to is the best waterpark ever. Breakfast has plenty of variety they just need to stop kids running around had a few people loose their breakfast plates from kids. Maybe a kid friendly section with plastic plates etc. But i will be back. If you can stay here you wont be disappointed.

Everything was so impressive. The waterpark was so much fun. Really an incredible place to stay. It’s a 20-30 minute cab or uber to the main attractions downtown and no good public transportation so be prepared to spend a lot on cabs. Special thanks to Michelle, one of the managers for her incredible above and beyond services

They were able to accommodate our request for having a room on a higher floor with ocean view! The staff were very nice, accommodating and quick to attend to your needs. My family and I really enjoyed our stay at the Atlantis. It's got everything you need.

I have travelled the world and I can hands down confirm that this is the most amazing hotel/resort I have ever stayed at! From the staff, food, shopping leisure activities, water sports and overall the property itself, I cannot fault anything! 5 days was definitely not enough time to enjoy the luxury so next time I will book for at least 15 days!
