We really enjoyed our stay in Atlantis. It’s so clean and has so many amenities. We really liked that we had free access to Aquaventure. Our housekeeper Sandip was also great and very considerate towards our things. He really went out of his way to organize my skin care items near the sink, place a mousepad under my husband’s mouse, and even provided us with extra cloths to clean our glasses. Two days before we left, he even left us a surprise on our bed with swans made out of towels and rose petals. We really appreciated the gesture. The service in Atlantis is comparable to that in Maldives. You can tell their dedication to providing excellent service to all their guests. I would highly recommend this hotel to everyone. The only downside is how far it is from downtown so keep in mind the amount of money you will spend using uber or careem.

Food unbelievable- cater for everyone. Full board was too much I would recommend going half board. Staff very friendly and accommodating. Room staff do nice little gestures such as cable tidies. They fold clothes and clean your room.

Reached the property at 6am and had to wait till 2pm to get room keys. Lobby is over crowded. They need more staff to quickly accommodate the guests. Ahmad is the guy who cleaned our room regularly. The guy is amazing. He particularly deserves more than 6 🌟. Yes we will visit again.
