October 16, 2025 I booked and paid the room five months in advance. When I arrived on October 16, 2025 I said I had reserved two beds. The lady at the reception told me: You won't get what you have reserved it's subject to availability. I wanted to leave the hotel but I didn't want to waste my vacation looking for another hotel. The bed is hard I couldn't sit on it. I asked for two blankets to put on it so I could sit and sleep but the blankets were too thin because they were not new it was difficult for me to sit and sleep on the bed. The staff is very kind and helpful which made me forget the sadness of not having two beds that I reserved five months ago. Imane Montreal, Canada

We checked in at 3am and the checked in made our tired trip a breeze. They even offered to extend our checked out time longer since we arrived at 3am. Staff are nice and the area is near shopping centers.

The room I booked was not available. Recoption said they'lllet me know if it is available. Well, reception never switchedme to what I booked for. AC was not working all the time, I had to sleep i hot temperatures. Parking was terrible. I had a complementary breakfast, but then, reception tells me no breakfast no included. So sorry, but really bad place to stay at.
