The space
You simply won't find views like this! Our brand new apartment is located in the newly built The Address Residences.

Step into the private residents only entrance and elevator up to the high 64th floor. Upon entering our apartment we have a spacious open plan living area with brand new appliances in our kitched including Nespresso machine.

All new furniture - luxury sofas, dining area, workspaces and televisions.

Large private balcony with dining set to take in the spectacular views over a meal or drink, day, sunset or night.

2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms - clean and brand new. Fall asleep to the twinkling Dubai nightsky, and wake up refreshed to the sparkling sea.

Building has all the amenities you can wish for - private residents only room, gym, childrens' play area. Beach is just steps away, along with all of the hotel's restaurants and spa.

Our apartment is perfect for a family getaway, or romantic vacation/honeymoon.
