Budget Apartment

-tive : Low to mid class Neighborhood. Furniture is really out of the era. Cleanness is very bad. Bring an extra towel to put on the pillow if you don wanna smell bad. Insects are everywhere. Wi-Fi not free but cheap and fast.(About 7 USD/Day) Amenities are very limited. Bring your stuff. The kitchen is really a nightmare. Do not bother yourself. +tive : Although its next to a big market where you can buy your daily stuff. Cheap stores (Pharmacy and Barber) and restaurants (Indians) are walking distance. Nightly price is really cheap (around 50 USD ). Close to the main road thu easy to get a taxi etc. Friendly staff.

Респект персоналу - согласились на ранний заезд без доплаты(!) (хотя при поиске брони возникли проблемы и нервы нам пощекотали круто), вполне дружелюбно помогали с информацией. Сам номер оставляет желать лучшего - как минимум косметического ремонта (на всякий случай сфотографировали поломанную мебель). Кондиционер - сама брутальность, можно запросто простудиться. Кухня напомнила студенческие общаги - жуткий холодильник и плита (покрашенная белой эмалью прямо по жиру), сковородку сначала зажали (потом таки принесли), кран воткнут абы-как (пока вымоешь чашку - весь мокрый будешь). Ванная сделана в "таджик-стайл", вода течет на пол. Телевизор перестал работать после переключения канала :) С интернетом вышло интересно - оплачивали одно время, пользовались дольше (грех жаловаться). В 20 метрах супермаркет, в округе также полно ресторанчиков. Такси ловится прямо у входа за пару минут. Парковка вроде есть, но мы не пользовались. Еще заявлен бассейн, но с очень неудобным временем работы, так что нам так и не довелось им воспользоваться. В целом за те деньги вышло весьма недурно, вариант бюджетный, так что особо придираться не стоит. С насекомыми проблем не было - и то хорошо))

كانت اقامة رائعة وهذه المره الثانية التي أسكن بهذه الشقق الفندقية خلال اسبوعين الماضيين فقط وذلك بسبب هدوء المكان ونظافة الفندق وقيمة المال مقابل هذه الأمتيازات . وكذلك يوجد به بركة السباحة وصالة رياضية صغيره بالأظافة الى السونا ( الحمام الساخن ) فشكرا لكل العاملين بهذا المكان على تعاملهم وتفانيهم في خدمة الزبون على أكمل وجه .

شقق البسمة ممتازة جدا للأشخاص القاصدين أثاث المنازل وشراء المواد الصحية للمنازل وشراء السيارات. ومافي شك الشارقه تزهوا بالهدوء وراحة البال.

Hotel pas cher, pas terrible

Impossible à trouver sans GPS, il y a un nom de rue et pourtant il n'est pas précisé lors de la réservation, il n'y a que le nom du quartier. Meme le taxi ne trouvait pas. Appart-hotel plutot grand mais très vieux, pas très propre et mal équipé. Il n'y avait ni poele ni casserole et nous avons du les réclamer. Propreté clairement limite mais literie confortable. Assez loin du centre ville d Dubai, voiture indispensable, avec GPS !!!
