Even with a confirmation number they said that they didn’t have a room for me and I had to go find another hotel. Thanks to the front desk manager that she could help us with finding another hotel. Although it was 3 times more expensive, was glad to get accommodations on a stressful situation.

My stay was very disappointing. The room was not clean and felt poorly maintained. Basic housekeeping standards were not met. The reception staff were also unhelpful and lacked professionalism. Overall, the service and facilities did not meet expectations. I would not recommend staying here.
