Dirty washrooms very unsanitary was not happy with the way it was designed or cleanliness of the day we checked in. Very unfortunate hoping to see improvements if i decide to stay here on my next trip to dubai. Further more i stayed a several other hotel during my 14 day trip here and would rate this hotel 4th in my 5 stays here in dubai. Would highly recommend updating the rooms and giving them a fresh new look

Lovely hotel. Clean and tidy. Staff very friendly and helpful. Room was big and cleaned regularly. Bed was massive and comfy. Balcony is on small side and the sea view is full of construction sites, which when built there will be no sea view. Hotel is on the palm but if you want to get off the palm it has to be via a vehicle, which meant taxi each time wanted to go site seeing or to look about Dubai (they do offer shuttle bus service, but this gets full quick) The pool and sunbed area is spacious and the beach well located at the back of the hotel where they offer beach towels each day.

It is not appropriate or professional for staff to come to the table, ask for my room number, leave to check whether drinks are included, and then return to say they are not included. If drinks are not included in my room package, this should be clearly explained before taking the order. Coming back to the table after checking makes the guest feel uncomfortable and embarrassed, especially in a restaurant environment. To make matters worse, at the end I was charged $22 for two colas, which is an extremely unreasonable price and far above normal standards. This experience does not reflect the level of service expected from a hotel of this category.

The staff were so welcoming, everyone was very friendly and very caring. They went out of their way to keep us happy. This is a smaller hotel, but it definitely was preferred as it was quieter in terms of location, but the staff and facilities were impeccable. The food was good on a daily basis and they did make some items specifically for us. Room with balcony was good and clean, beach and pool area was also very clean. Loki, Rose, Eric, Suresh, Marcelo, Nilema, Naveen and the chefs made our stay so great. Ruma and Mum.

Everything about this hotel was just fabulous! From the staff treating us like royalty to the phenomenal spread of food, we couldn’t have asked for anything more! All members of staff were always at hand to help, nothing was ever too much for them! Both breakfast and dinner was superb! The variety of foods and the freshness of it was truly outstanding. It didn’t matter what time we went to dine, there was always fresh food available. Despite the alcoholic beverages being on the pricier side, there was still ample of options. The room was always cleaned to its best and they went above and beyond when we hung the wrong sign on the door, asking them to collect dirty laundry, when we wanted our room cleaned. Oops! When I had left my phone on a shuttle bus, the concierge resolved the issue immediately and it was retrieved within 20 minutes! Enough said! Overall, I would highly recommend C Central Resort to anyone, singles, couples, friends and families - it’s definitely an all rounder! You will not be disappointed!
