The quality of the Damac Hills apartment build is poor, there is minimal sound proofing. I could hear everything my neighbour did, when they woke up and started their day etc. Upstairs dragging chairs on tiles etc. TV was not working for firs 4 days of my stay, had to manage multiple visits to replace TV.
