The room was very noisy cause it's between two highway and the parking oh my God first of all, they don't have enough space and it's so wrongly done wake up in the morning, and the car bumper was all scratched.

Once i arrived the hotel, the security advised there is no parking and he told if you doesn’t like just cancel the reservation and it was 01:30 Am. The reception employees doesn’t answer to any calls from hotel.com agent and advised just contact them to refund the money because it’s third part agreement
