Burj Khalifa and Dubai mall can be visited on car within 5 mins and by walk in 15 mins. Metro Station is also at a 10-15 mins walking distance. The building has a super market on ground floor. Swim your stress out by overseeing a gorgeous Burj Khalifa view while swimming. NO SMOKING INSIDE , BALCONY ONLY

Smoking inside the apartment is prohibited. Any breaking of this rule will be charged at 150 AED.

For same day bookings we may need at least three hours to ready the apartment which can be equal to or later than the mentioned check in time.

We kindly inform our guests that there is a late checkout penalty of 150 AED per hour (unless approved from host). This fee is intended to cover the costs of rescheduling cleaning.
