Hopeless staff at check in and made even worse at checkout with the manager who felt the need to interrogate me as to why I had left a poor review of the check in experience and then blatantly lied about what had caused such a slow check in (25mins). Unbelievable

This location is prime!! We stayed at "The Palms" first and looking back I would stay here for the entire stay next time. We were in Dubai for 9 days. This location gave us a 3 bedroom unit with excellent views and amenities. Massages at the spa were great, brunch at restaurant around the pool area was superb, it is on the beach, and has plenty of options near it to do!!! I would book here you will not regret it.

Good location, good overall condition of the property. Lack of fresh drinkable water by the pool is a minus that can and should be easily addressed.
