Bathroom had a foul odor of sewage ask to change room or fix issue they claimed it was fixed but the smell never went away, I call to ask about restaurant they said their were 12 restaurants and all were booked I could not make a reservation I was told only the lobby could be walk in and dine, but later found out that was not true, found an Italian restaurant there with not one guest and I didn’t need reservations not sure what that was about Also there’s not 12 restaurants, was a bit disappointed. But the location was awesome close to most of what we needed. The guys in the front who gets you taxi were awesome very friendly and helpful!

They have the best bellboy from Nepal

Lots of options, bars, restaurants under one roof, the SPA is great, the barber shop is friendly, sports bar is not too noisy, location is convenient, and the breakfast is elaborate. Rooms are not appropriately described for everyone to understand the offerings. Surprisingly they changed my room to my requested choice of smoking room even when they didnt have any at checkin, so quickly, before I laid my hat in the smoking room.

Thanks for the concirage manager who turned my below average experience into something of a miracle. GM should involve in how f&b is handling customer asks whether they maintain accor and fairmont standard or not. Nevertheless the property, room, facilities, food is top notch and kudo’s to the front office team as well. Great for families and for folks who like to explore Downtown Dubai.
