Couldn't wait to leave... You'll regret booking

We stay there for a business trip and overall the hotel was awful. The hotel was very old and run down. The hygiene of the hotel was non existent, the towels had stains and holes, my bed sheets had a blood stains and as I stayed in the room to work, I saw the cleaning put the duvet on the floor to change the sheets and pillow cases. I was shocked and asked them to change it, but they were wondering why like this was normal practice. The restaurants are not open daily like they advertise, but the do bother have food there as the food was no good. I complained to the manager and he basically laughed it off, tried to give me a free breakfast as a compensation even though I told him that we don't eat breakfast. We were both very upset, defo not a 5 star hotel quality, I would say it's barely a 3 star. Very upsetting, couldn't wait to leave...
