I had a great experience from the guess at the door, very professional and I felt welcoming. My room was cleaned, no complain, the breakfast daily had multiple options and was delicious. There are local stores and a mall at walking distance. Which I visited 2x by walking. The staffs at the reception are nice and helpful.

the Hotel in general was lovely and befitting of 5 stars however it is not in the best location, and there were a few things that didn’t sit right. We had to ask for a bed to be put in our room for our daughter, despite the fact the room was booked for 3 people! I had to ask twice to get the bed as well which didn’t aid my mood. The other thing that grated was that they wouldn’t provide an airport shuttle more than 24hrs in advance, saying they didn’t have the manpower therefore we had to get a taxi.

The location is not good … long drive The overall hygiene is not of even 4 stars hotel The food and the breakfast is not a quality No shed to stay when it’s hot it’s even hot if you sit at the lobby

The hotel is a classic beauty. The front desk staff were very welcoming and professional. I love the free shuttle services to the beach and malls. The pool and spa are very relaxing, especially after a long day of sightseeing. Will definitely return and recommend this hotel to family and friends. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Nice rooms poor service

Rooms cleaned but towels never replaced had to call reception several Times for new towels, no shower gel everyday,lack of condiments for us as five guests. Toilet rolls low everyday. The apartment was lovely and spacious but the service really needs attention

The main advantage of this hotel is the location. If you are planning to visit Abu Dhabi or other areas it’s kinda closer. Overall, very average, limited dining options, noisy construction is happening in the building. Spa experience was terrible! Unprofessional staff and non relaxing environment. The dining area is not clean. I don’t know how it’s a 5 star hotel as it is quite average and low quality in different means. I read great reviews of this place and that’s why I booked here, not gonna go there again.
