The staff and management at the hotel were outstanding as I had booked the room for my brother in law who had got married earlier in the day. The hotel made him and his wife feel very special which really made their stay in this gorgeous hotel.

Hi- the hotel was under contraction and was very noisy. We did not know this when we booked it and checked in. We complained to the manger and slew only stayed one night and left . She said she reached out to Expedia so we would not get charges the two nights we were not there.

We had an absolutely amazing stay at Grosvenor House in Dubai. From the moment we arrived until the day we checked out, the service was nothing short of impeccable. Every single staff member we encountered was professional, warm, and went out of their way to ensure we had a perfect experience. The attention to detail, from check-in to housekeeping to concierge services, was top-tier and truly set a new standard for luxury hospitality. It’s clear that the entire team at Grosvenor House takes immense pride in their work – and it shows. The location is also unbeatable. Nestled right on Dubai Marina, it offers stunning views, easy access to dining, shopping, and attractions, and is the perfect base for exploring the city.
