Was looking for something that was different from the glass tower, American looking type of hotel. This was a perfect substitute. Beautiful rooms, service oriented staff, first class food. Would stay here again for sure.

The hotel was great in terms of rooms, but there was a mixed experience with the service team. The check-in team at the reception was mostly terrible. When I arrived, no one welcomed me. The lady at the check-in was looking at me like, why almost like why are you here. I was the one who had to say hello first and say I am here for check-in. One time another person was helping me, then he just walked away without saying anything in the middle of our conversation to go attend to someone else. Highest level of rudeness. And then we had someone from the hotel harassing us to buy a timeshare while we were relaxing at the pool. This should not be allowed, not when you are spending 700 dollars plus per night for a hotel. Worst service I have ever received in all my visits to Dubai. Never going back here again.
