We stayed at this apartment for a week and woke up everyday to construction noise. We were told by the management ‘hope you understand’.. There was a bad odor in the bathroom which was probably mildew. If you are looking for a nice spot, look elsewhere

Property is preferable to a typical hotel. The unit is a large condo in an excellent location in a nice community. A few items needed repair, but they didn’t detract from the enjoyment of the stay. HiGuests is a good company to deal with.
