Great location, easy to get on and off the palm. Pool area was ok. We booked an executive room which was sadly practically under bar fly which has loud music playing until 12am-1ish weekdays and 2am-3am weekends. If you like your sleep, ensure your room is located on the other side. Nice executive lounge serving afternoon tea and happy hour daily. Good clean hotel, nothing spectacular but a guaranteed safe option.

Staff were really brilliant. We had some understandable issues with our room not being ready and were met with upgrades and very kind and concerned staff. Will be going back. Location is great and plenty of options for food, sunbathing etc.

Very good overall

We liked the location and the private beach, even though there were far too many tourist yachts passing within about 50 metres to the beach. Saturday night music was bit excessive well into 2-3am can be heard clearly in level 3 sea view room. Buffet was below expectations but they offer credit at any onsite restaurant if you book half board and don’t like buffet.

The hotel is very nice, but it is clearly targeting families. Unfortunately, mothers are changing their children’s diapers both next to the pool and in the lobby!

there was this property beside the beach on the left side facing the sea. Called Orange something. This security personnel shooed us away like flies

The staff are very attentive. Great service from housekeeping (4th floor (450- 459) and pool ( Maria/Enock ). Recommend the breakfast and/or halfboard option at their buffet restaurant (Mowsem).
