I liked location to the beach and JBR walk, breakfast was very good, my only dislike was - I didn’t get straight Dubai eye view room which I thought I paid for additionally as multiple other wings are also categorized as Dubai eye view, but those are view from the corner of the room next to balcony, not straight eye view. I suggest just get the Ocean view instead which might be cheaper and Dubai eye is still visible from the balcony as no guarantee you will get one if unavailable, and Ocean view is not bad either. Not sure what benefits were for VIP access as no one told me if there were any.

Loved this hotel! Great location, staff very friendly and Mamum cleans room every morning. Had several meals which were all good! One and only thing is hotel never gets sun but that’s same for all the hotels around there! Definitely recommend a stay here!

Searched many hotels for a few weeks before choosing this one. I was advised it was a nice place but one of the older hotels. Due to price and location I decided to take the chance. I can say with confidence that it was the perfect choice. On arrival the porters were really friendly, which should be expected, but my initial impression of the front desk was professional but a bit cold (maybe she was having a bad morning). For me one person doesn’t represent all the staff. Rooms - The room was clean, a tiny bit of dust behind the TV, but that was it. Had an ocean view room which provided a nice view of the Dubai Eye and junction of the beach and The Walk. It had all the necessary amenities other than an iron. There are a nice choice of onsite restaurants. We only used one for breakfast which had a great selection including vegetarian options. The matradee who I believe is named Hussain, actually took me to meet one of the chefs when I asked about the vegetarian options the evening before. I thought this was an excellent customers service. He was there the next morning and came over to greet me and my family and showed us the vegetarian options for that morning. He also remembered that I required a specific non-dairy milk option for my child. In regard to other restaurant staff I would like to mention Koe and Osama. I would say they a credit to the staff that work in the restaurant. Every morning they would great us with a smile on their face, remember our prefe
