Another superb stay at the Zabeel Saray, our 7th visit and it always exceeds our expectations. Michael in the club lounge bar is a star and always provides excellent service as does Sunil and the team on valet parking. The staff go out of their way to make you feel welcome and special. We had a few issues with our room, curtain partially fell down and we’re not fixed, we asked for glasses 3x only recieved them on our last day, we seen Bugs on the countertop which they came and cleaned. Lots of screaming children at the pool everyday which is quite annoying. The spa is beautiful but staff don’t ask loud patrons to aware of their loud voices and makes it not very peaceful…. But frustrating

Lovely hotel but a little far away from most popular areas. The spa is lovely as are the rooms. The pool and beach area are very busy and that’s due to them offering day trippers access. Getting space by the pool is hard unless you get there at 7am which I refuse to do as I am on holiday! But there is always space on the beach. Huge hotel but the food in the restaurants are fantastic but be ready to let that wallet rein free! !
