Staff were excellent, Room was spacious, amenities were top notch, Buffet was the best with over 150 varieties to choose from. We could not fault anything at all. The only thing we had to suffer was paying for our child breakfast who is 14 years, expedia booking say it counts as a child between 0-16years, but hotel counts between 0-4 years, so we had to spend bit more money on the top. Please make sure you are transparent Expedia. Thank you.

Stayed in October 2025 (UK half term break dates) . Really enjoyed it , breakfast has lots of options, plenty of things to do around the hotel, staff is friendly. Room was a large size and well equipped with all amenities, only downsize i felt was the room was dark even with all lights on but the view room rhe balcony was stunning so happy days

Great view from the room to the sea and also to the great wheel Al Ain. Room was spacious, great level of soft lighting. Needs a little updating, as I believe they are already undertaking measures right now.

I opted for half board, the drinks were not included. This was very disappointing. Neither was a free pass to wild wadi.

Incredible hotel
