My experience was unbelievable. I've stayed in the Plam Jumeirah area before at other hotels and had been disappointed with the views. This hotel, however, had spectacular views of the leaves of the palm, in addition to the Persian Gulf. The property feels like you are inside an Ottoman empire palace. It is very, very nice even compared to other five star hotels. The breakfast buffet is excellent, which is something hard to find in Dubai. What blew me away the most was the service, though. I've never experienced anything like this before. For example, I would say hello to the housekeeper in the hall and they would great me by name. When I accidentally left my key in the room and left, they not only remembered me at the front desk but already knew my room number. One of the waiters took the time to befriend me (we talked a lot about where he was from in India) and I'm candidly looking forward to seeing him again next time I'm in town. Overall the experience was amazing. One last point is that the location feel very relaxed and secluded which, again, is hard to find in Dubai. A do yourself a favor and stay here.

Wonderful and very high standards. The biggest breakfast buffet I have ever seen covering every diet you can imagine. We used the club as an upgrade and highly recommend it. Includes separate dining for breakfast and afternoon tea (we used as a lunch). Free teas coffee and soft drinks all day and free alcohol for 2 hours including cocktails. Excellent service in the club also.

Overpriced food and drinks at the hotel. I live in Syndey and found the prices at the hotel were abnormally high in comparison. Most staff were okay, but some were rude, slow, forgetful and poor at communicating.
