Outstanding hotel and overall experienceā€¦.probably the best hotel weā€™ve experienced and we have stayed in all the main chains in Dubai. We normally stay at the Atlantis royal or Jumeirah beach hotel but the overall experience here at Kempinski was actually better. We had a 2 bed suite which was amazing. Spacious and all the amenities anyone could need. The hotel is in a brilliant location . We did Watersports etc easily. The swimming pool is ace. Aside from all this though, what makes this hotel stand out is the staff. They canā€™t do enough for you. They are just superb, every one of them. The personal touches and service received is just so special. The little things like speaking to the the kids and making conversation with them is so nice. A special mention to Ahmed Adel the night manager who is just excellent and Sophie (I think) who checked us in. A really personal check in experience. When my kids say this is one of the best hotels theyā€™ve stayed at and want to come back , that tells you everything! Canā€™t wait to come back

We were staying on the ocean side which was a bit noisy. But overall had a great stay. Beach and pool were very nice with an awesome view of Dubai skyline. Breakfast was very good. It was nice to have a kitchen and washing machine in the room.

It was a great stay, we were very happy! The only topic was that there was too much noise in the morning from the room above us, especially from chairs that were moved. Would make sense to equip the furniture with noise reducing pads. Regards Kai
