very clean, approachable and professional staff, immediate attention to remedy problems if any, rooms are very nice and comfortable. Loved the bed, super comfy. beautiful SPA . Not as good as another Rotana I’ve stayed at, but clean and comfortable. Expedia list this hotel as having an airport shuttle available on request, but it doesn’t. There is a shuttle to the beach and local shopping malls, but this can be difficult to use as drop off and collection points not signed and no location on shuttle schedule..
