There was hardly any hot water in the taps or showers. Just when you reduce the flow to a drip. Television channels were abysmal. No universal plug points of USB charging sockets at all. Noisy lift kept me awake all night. Air on temperature never reached the desired level. Less than average toiletries. Mini bar with absolutely nothing inside

The hotel is nice in itself; however the rooms were not as clean as I had anticipated. The shower had mildew stains and the area where you step wasn't clean. The bathroom floors weren't clean and had stains and the room smelled of a light cigarette smoke smell.

The room was cramped and the bathroom wasn’t clean. I called for them to clean it and it was still not cleaned adequately. The tubs paint was peeling and some parts discolored. Luckily we were only there for one night because we refused to shower in that bathroom. Also renovations were going on that weren’t mentioned beforehand. Their closeness to the Dubai Mall and the Burj Khalifah is not accurate.

It’s sad that a nice location like this hotel got this poor service and surrounded by too many night clubs the. They opened their own made it a hub for a lot of sex workers, not a place for families and with their poor customer service then poorly furnished (their fridge is not a real one and it spoils all food ) and no coffee machine just a kettle plus always broken gum equipment and overly priced restaurants and greedy management , I would never stay in this hotel again

The service was disappointing. The room was missing a blow dryer, and the air conditioning wasn’t functioning properly. I called room service three times, but no one ever came. Additionally, the phone in the room doesn’t work properly, making communication difficult. I had also arranged and confirmed an airport shuttle via email, but there was no shuttle upon my arrival.

I recently arrived in Dubai for the first time, traveling from Canada. Upon reaching the hotel, I was slightly early and requested if my room could be made available. However, I was kept waiting for an extended period, while I observed other guests being checked in and receiving their rooms ahead of me. This experience left me disappointed, as it reflects poorly on the level of service provided—particularly for international guests arriving after a long and exhausting flight.

Ok hotel. Good location for Dubai Mall. 1km walk. We had two rooms, both had worn (Tired) bathroom fittings. Room itself was large with good views. Staff made a mistake with our bookings, and it was quite a time consuming process to get it corrected.
