The Hotel is in a prime location within easy access to the Metro station and public transport. The concierge is excellent very helpful, friendly and always there to assist. Couldn't ask for more

Hotel was good. We called housekeeping one day for new bath towels and water as we had given the old ones to the housekeeper that was outside our door doing another room. She had no bath towels on her cart. The phone call to housekeeping did not result in any bath towels being delivered.

O liked that that the Gym is open 24/7. HATED the carpets in d room. They are old and clearly need some special cleaning. The room smelled cigarette although it was a non smoking room.
