The property is a good deal for the money. It was clean and in good condition. The AC can be loud but if you run it on AUTO then it is fine. Just make sure you arrange checkout with me management ahead of time because they will make you late if you don’t.

Furniture is very outdated. The mattress is in terrible condition. Not very well cleaned inside and outside on the balcony. Very hard to communicate with them. I even was going to miss my flight because of how late they were to the checkout. AC veryyy loud, like terrible!! They don’t accept US cards for safety deposit and cleaning fee! Some of the balconies doors are very hard to lock…. And much more!!!!

Nice stay

We have stay with Al Ashrafia before and liked them so much we stayed again. This place has a nice pool and playground which was great. The apartments are quiet and clean.

Property was not clean. Dining table was filthy, as were the dining chairs. Curtains i could not open, so was dark. Sofas are not in the best of conditions. I have stayed here before, but this time it was not clean.

Dubai Sports City apt away from Sheikh Zayed Rd.

Dubai Sports city. Near to Global Village. A few bldgs. are under construction in the area so view isn't great as it will be in the future. Main nightlife area will be Dubai Marina & JLT area which is about 15 min drive away. The apartment is very big! Balcony is from the living rm to the bedroom. No rainfall shower though. Checkin was great & their customer service is super!
