Horrible.
Room specification and amenities among others are not matching what was booked for. Hotel staff said there’s no “Family Apartment” yet are able to confirm reservations. Parking is in poor condition. Horrible choice, stay away. Food at the restaurant caters only to specific nationality.

The property is quite run-down and needs renovation. The place has lots of "night business" going on, which resulted in shouting in the night. The house-keeping staff were nice, but the overall level of staff did not compare to what I am used to in Dubai. It was low priced and so I guess one cannot complain too much. But I would not book again.

STOP!!!! Before you book this hotel, please read the google reviews. It’s a very economical stay but for me, not worth it. I found a few small roaches in our bathroom and we saw several in the dining area around the food we were eating for breakfast. Also the place through out stinks like cigarette including the room and I ended up getting sick. If you’re totally ok with everything I mentioned above than by all means, more power to you. It was unfortunate that we booked this place and I failed to do further research. Their Hotels.com ad and review is a little miss leading and they do NOT refund for cancellations. I was unable to make any changes and just pushed through our stay. Other than that, the staff was nice.

5 STAR ROACH HAVEN Hey fellow travelers, don't let them scam you like they did to me. This hotel is not 5 star, it's not even 1 star and it is not safe from the health point of view. There are roaches all over the place, I have seen many of them at various places in the hotel and in my room. There was one sitting inside the refrigerator in my room and in the bathroom, not to mention the flies and bedbugs but the most disturbing part was the roaches on the back wall where the breakfast buffet is served. I was supposed to stay for 8 nights but had to check out after 2 nights because of the disgusting conditions of this hotel. Expedia refused to refund me the remainder of the amount I have paid despite their false advertizing by rating this hotel as a 5 star. Dubai is a far and an expensive destination, don't let them ruing for you. Go somewhere else.
