very good place, Burf Kalifa, fountains, mall, everything is within walking distance. The apartment itself needs at least cosmetic repairs. For a relatively small price, you can use the excellent hotel pool and cafes.
Pool services are excellent.Lifguard Ramit and Jivan very friendly and helpful
