First, I want to inform you that the United Arab Emirates consists of seven emirates, including Dubai. This hotel is located in another emirate, about 30 minutes by car from Dubai. I made my reservation through Expedia, where the maximum age for a child is 17 years old, but when I arrived at the hotel, their policy was different, as children over 12 are considered adults, and I had to pay an extra $360. The reception staff treat you like merchandise, offering you extra services without clearly explaining the costs, which tend to be confusing, as if they do it on purpose. It's not worth paying for breakfast, as it's the same every day, and if you want to take anything to your room, they make excuses. The rooms are nothing special, and they don't have "Do Not Disturb" signs, so they can apparently interrupt you at any time. Since it's far from Dubai, no tours pick you up at the hotel; you have to pay for a taxi to the nearest meeting point. They also offer transportation services to the airport for a ridiculous price, as a taxi costs four times less. In conclusion, I do not recommend this hotel.

Fantastic hotel with loveley rooms and spacious bathrooms. The staff were courteous and helpful, Shaheen and Azrar were helpful as well as Junaid at reception were helpful. They helped us organise for trips and Sharjah as whole is a beautiful city with lot of Mosques where prayer was not an issue. Loved every bit of it, hopefully will come again.

Not bad, but was expecting more compared to other Pullman hotels, like Bangkok or Hong Kong. I liked how big the room was, the valet parking service is great the location. However, we found sound nails on the carpet and had to request for a body wash refill several time and never got it. Breakfast just ok, fresh but not so varied.
