Unbelievable noise from outside beach clubs - extremelly loud music played through evening till 3 am!! Windows completellly not soundproof, we couldn’t sleep till 3 am - horrible experience. Staff at the pool and at beach lounge nit trained, poor english, rude. Would never stay there again!!

What a gorgeous property the staff is beyond amazing in the rooms are so beautiful and comfortable. I would definitely book again 10 out of 10 I ran into no problems here.

Nice hotel but not for families with kids...
Great hotel for its location near West Beach and room views but not so great for families with kids. No ramp for strollers when you go out from the hotel. You get access to the beach for free and sunbeds are very comfortable but you have to get there early. A bit ridiculous and embarrassing for Dubai standards that they are checking bags at the entrance on the beach as apparently you are not even allowed with water from their own hotel. No access to the rooftop pool unless you pay a fee. Also it was my husband's birthday and I have informed them in advance but he didn't even receive a card. It seems that the standards are getting lower in Dubai. In previous years service was excellent but now I can see that is no longer the case and everything is more expensive.

Really impressed!
Beautiful hotel with great restaurants. We went to the Esco-bar and the black flamingo. Black flamingo salmon, truffle mash, corn, California roll and chicken tenders were amazing! Our favourite was Esco-bar as it had more choice, we had steak and prawn quesadillas a few times as they tasted so good! The Nachos were delicious too and very big! The lemon calamari was yummy too! The aircon was quite slow and took a long time to cool the room down. We like to sleep in quite a cool room and so the first night was a bit warm for us but we mentioned to the staff and they explained that it can take a while so we put it on early the next night and was fine from then. We used the pool for a few hours on the last day which was a really nice area. We didn’t end up using the rooftop pool, gym or spa. We had a corner view room which had great views! The hotel has a really nice chill vibe and was super clean and fresh!

Everyone so accommodating stopping to assist you,Easy access to west Beach board walk easy access to many other beach bars & restaurant very friendly pool restaurant front desk & house keeping staff also staff calling for taxi awesome joB they Do,we love this Hotel soft comfortable Beds beautiful views to Beach & pool,short walk to lots of activities mall,shopping & sightseeing & parks No taxi needed short walk to Everything,Thanks to All of you we will be back in the near future👍❤️

The black flamingo is absolutely brilliant! A total asset to the area and a stones throw from the hotel. The rooms weren’t as well equipped as I’d have liked. Broken hairdryer, no moisturiser or robes / dressing gowns
