I liked the fact that the hotel overlooked the Burj Khalifa. But I was given a smoking room without being given an option, and I could smell smoke all the time, which detracted from the stay. I liked being able to walk to the mall (about 20 mins). There is still noise from building works nearby going on throughout the night but fortunately this didn't interrupt sleep.

Terrible dining experience at their Fire Lake restaurant, the staff completely ignored our table, my kids walked away and slept starving as they got tired of endless waiting, not sure on what basis they claim to be a 5 star hotel by providing 1 star experience to their customers.
