This was the most amazing experience we have ever had. The staff was so amazing. Henry, Anelka, Rhea, & Ezekiel made our trip such a great pleasure. It was our first time in Dubai and they helped us with making all reservations and our trip just a blast. We celebrated our daughterā€™s 3rd bday and they made it so special for us. The raffles is underrated not enough reviews you need to really go here and experience you wonā€™t be disappointed one bit. If I could rate this hotel I would do a 15/10. The location is also so perfect located toward the end of the palms itā€™s away from all the traffic and chaos. We will definitely go back again. Thank you so much for this amazing experience.

We loved the hotel very relaxing and quiet Rooms beautiful and spacious Lots of space on the beach with plenty of comfortable loungers but could do with a top up of new fresh sand. The Italian restaurant amazing best Italian food we have had. The Raffles Club was excellent with great staff. Japanese restaurant was disappointing as expensive and food just ok. We also had to pay a supplement which was refunded after we raised with management who handled it well. We will definitely come back to stay at this lovely hotel.

Weekend away

Fantastic hotel with a warm friendly atmosphere. Delicious food and great dining options. Set on the beach and with a large pool, it was ideal for our weekend away to recharge.
