Our windows were facing a construction site and they would still be working at 1am or 2 am. Imagine having a 5 years old and a 2 years old kids with you on such vacation. In addition, my older son and I got food poisoning there. Would not go back to this hotel.

My first experience of all inclusive hotel and it was lovely. Very efficient staff, clean and spacious room, variety of food and drinks. The only negative was the remote area and the major construction project next to the hotel.

This is our second time at this amazing hotel the thing that stands out the most is the friendly and professional staff in every single area always smiling and happy to help plus the cleanliness of the hotel We visited each of the restaurants and particularly liked spices but each one was good The buffet food was excellent as well and we sat on an outside terrace at night which was lovely will definitely return in the future as we could not fault it

The hotel was excellent. I will say is I have noticed they do not like to give out face towels. I had to call every day to request it and sometimes twice because they will not bring it right away. Also, I have noted they didn't clean my tub properly or vacuum the floor. I noticed the crumbs on the floor that I have dropped the night before was still there unitil my departure. Lastly, they do not put trash bags in the garbage can you will have to request it.
