Shuttle was waiting outside and was easy to find, very convenient. Staff were very helpful and efficient. Fantastic location, 2 minutes walking distance from Metro station. Wifi was very fast, as soon you come out of the metro station, it gets connected. Only improve needed, IMO, is to change floor carpets as it had a smell of an old place. Mattress was very comfortable too. Total score 9/10

Very good hotel in City Center Deira, rooms were clean, comfortable and quiet. Staff in every department was very courteous and friendly. Very tasty breakfast with lots of options for all ages, order to cook egg options. Airport shuttle service runs every top of the hour and prompt. Driver Naseem was very friendly and helping. Over all it was a great experience staying at this hotel close to DXB.
