The staff were courteous and provided good customer service; however, our room was not properly cleaned. The bathtub was dirty and was never addressed during our 7--day stay. They forgot to leave towels on one of the service days. The hotel needs to seriously review it's housekeeping practices

Rooms were clean and spacious. Staff members were very polite and helpful. Breakfast - Food was good but queuing system can improve. If staff member can assign right table when guests enter for the breakfast would improve guest experience positively. I can see loud music from the nightclub could be problem for some guest.

There was music all night from the club located on the ground level at hotel until 4am. As a result we were not able to sleep. We asked to change rooms but it did not help ; we were able to hear it even on higher floors. This was one of the worst experience we ever had in all my travels.

The room I booked, was not available, and staff was not provided me with me and told me to stay in different rooms, I could not leave my kids in different room, but I did and they told me next day I am going to have my room, but next day same issue again, but this time I told them that I’m not going to live in separate rooms, rooms were okay but morning breakfast was great, little far from downtown, amenities around hotel, great
