The lobby and the restaurant were very low quality not five star less than three star. Food was very limited and breakfast was also very limited. The hotel smelled very old and dirty. The furniture were ripped. It will never go in there again.

Truly met with a truly terrible stay particularly coming to the breakfast which I had included in the cost of my room I ate only the cooked omelette which made me ill resulting in having to stay in the room which is where I was met with numerous bites. Terrible stay have contacted Expedia direct as a result of this stay.

Nice enough room but that doesn't matter if you can't sleep in it. The dance club on the ground level was insanely loud. I was on 17th floor and still could hear every beat pound through the whole hotel. I paid for a city view room but was given a room that directly faced another building across the alley. The king bed was very uncomfortable as it was two single mattresses pushed together and the crack between kept spreading. Simple thing like the remote control didn't work so I called the front desk twice and went in person to the front desk to ask for a new remote or batteries and they never did anything about it in my 4 days there. I think they saw I was American and treated me worse because they think I didn't know better or that I wouldn't matter. Avoid this hotel

This was a great hotel. It scammed us for two nights... unfortunately - a dispute I have to take with my credit card because the owners are cheap Indians and even though I wouldn't be staying in Dubai, they booked us for a date we don't want and But , for the price the hotel is good. Clean and not smelly. Breakfast is basic and offers more Indian option. The omelette was nasty
