This is one of the finest hotels I have ever stayed in. The room was well-appointed with excellent views, and top-notch upkeep by the cleaning staff. The morning breakfast was delicious and offered great variety. I especially loved the fresh-squeezed orange juice machine. The infinity pool is really nice as you can swim and view the Burj Khalifa at the same time, and the lounge upstairs offered great snacks and drinks. The location has many restaurants nearby and is fairly close to the Dubai mall and Burj Kalifa. What really made the experience special were the hotel staff who made us feel like rock stars each and every day. I have never encountered this level of service at any hotel I have ever stayed at and my wife and I felt as if we were among friends when talking with anyone there. You are greeted with a friendly smile and a genuine desire to make you feel comfortable. I want to give a special shout out to the van driver Hanif , the front door staff: Yassar, Waqas, Khodaram, and the counter staff: Nerie and Sharon. My wife has stayed at many Shangri-La hotels, but she said this is by far the best one. It’s the feeling of a place that makes it most memorable and we will take with us many warm memories of the Shangri-La in Dubai!

We recently returned from another unforgettable stay at the Shangri-La Hotel, Dubai, and as always, it truly felt like a home away from home. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warmth and genuine hospitality by Karim and Janeth, setting the perfect tone for our holiday. A huge thank you to Kopila and her fantastic team, who consistently go above and beyond to ensure every aspect of our stay is flawless. Special mention goes to Keith and Saw, who once again made us feel completely at ease and looked after us with such attentiveness and care. Their service is simply second to none. We're also incredibly grateful to Nikhil, Imaya, Zineb, Erika, and Dipen – always on hand, always helpful, and always with a smile. You all played such a big part in making our experience so memorable. Also, special mention to Khodarahm and Francis at the front door – their warm smiles, welcoming attitude, and attention to detail are truly the first impression of the Shangri-La experience, and it's a great one. Every time we arrived or left the hotel, they made us feel valued and taken care of, and their professionalism sets the standard from the very first moment. The hotel is excellent. My only criticism was that your website advertised our room as sleeping 4 people, which the booking accepted. However, on arrival there were only 3 beds and we had several hours of trying to fix the problem. Eventually the hotel upgraded our room and put a fourth bed in. Other than that, it is an excellent hotel.

The staff was amazing, especially the gentlemen who work at the door and the crew that served breakfast at the 41st floor lounge (highly recommend the breakfast upgrade) Rooms were large, nice, and well kept. Outdoor pool area was very nice as well. Would definitely recommend. High 4 star to 5 star property.

The best thing about this property is the staff. They are very welcoming and the service provided is of a very high standard. The team in the horizon lounge made our stay feel very special. Food was very good and I feel everyone should try their evening buffet. Thank you everyone for a great time.
