I’ve been coming to this hotel since 2004 at least 10 times a year until 2020 have been visiting at least twice a year amazing such a clean Hotel and Stafford extremely friendly highly recommended perfect position for access to trains to get about easy, all stuff very very friendly got to stay Keith on the horizon floor went the extra mile as always looking forward to coming back next month

We had two rooms. The first one had a unfortunate issue with the ac system, however the second room was quiet comfy. The views from both rooms were quiet nice. The pool was very comfy and cold which feels good in the heat of dubai.

The Shanghai La Dubai is a remarkable property staffed by remarkable people. Upon entering the hotel, I was greeted by name without having even checked in yet. Each member of staff went above and beyond to make my stay as memorable as possible. Moustafa, and all the front desk members, ensured that my needs were met and exceeded. They were a wealth of knowledge and advice for a first time traveler to Dubai. My room was top notch, the spa was indulgent, just everything was top shelf, especially the staff.

Location is very acentral, very helpful staffs. Manage to get a city view room upgrade made our stay fantastic, my kids had so much fun at the pool. They were generous with our late check out time, manage to see the city a lil longer before heading to the airport. Thank you for such great hospitality.

Amazing hotel. We arrived early and the staff facilitated us with an early check in. Big spacious rooms with good views. The real gem is the pool with amazing views of the Burj Khalifa. Was a great stay, would recommend to everyone.

Absolutely loved my time at the hotel, lovely professional staff, hospitality, excellent menu choices, A big one for me is the staff, the cleanliness of the environment. A big thank you to the porter and door man, I’m forgetting his name, his a bit elderly and his name starts with K, he always had a smile, worked so hard, in the hot weather and conditions, awesome job indeed his efforts never go unnoticed at all

Everything was great until they charged me for three people’s breakfast buffet for a day that I did not utilize the buffet. I never signed up for a three day package and was not told I would be charged whether I would dine in or not. The manager, who replied to my Dispute stated the package price given to me was because I signed up for three days which I did not. I am now disputing this with my bank now. Completely ruined the end of a great trip and stay.

Everyone was amazing , breakfast was fantastic . The crew there made us feel welcome . Haris Kadar helped with booking tours and helped made adjustments to accommodate us . Ahmad in dining area was fantastic as well.will stay here again
