The staff were amazingly, very helpful and accommodating. The concierge deserve a mention on the level of service and helpfulness also. We had a very late flight and they kindly gave us access to the gym area to change. Will come here again!

Staff is first rate and all are very friendly, helpful and make you feel welcome. The rooftop pool, restaurant and bar were upgraded and are excellent.
