Silkhaus was non responsive and did not address issues with respect to getting access to the property, which took 3 hours, flooding in the shower, or the broken lock box for the key.

Cockroach infestation, broken toilet, and their check in process is so complex it left us in the heat outside for almost 40 minutes. Their communication was ok and at least i got a refund.
