The manager is horrible to us, the staff at the reception is a racist and one of the cleaners stole from us while cleaning our apartment, the manage and the staff did not give a listening hear I was treated like a trash. Their customer service is very very poor!!!!!!

Everyone was very accommodating. Muhammad at the front desk was exceptional, he listened to our needs and was quick to come up with options and even upgraded our room. He took such good care of us! The breakfast was fantastic and if ever in Dubai again Studio M will definitely be where we stay! GREAT JOB GUYS!
