Taj Dubai...LUXURY! The minute we walked in...we knew we had chosen the perfect hotel in Dubai. From the welcome drinks, reception, amazing smells...so lovely. The room...OMG...HUGE! We had such a great stay at Taj Dubai. I recommend 10000000%! The complimentary shuttle to Dubai Mall was everything!

One of the best places that I ever stayed. Service is unmatched to any ever experienced. People are friendly and are ready to do pretty much within reason. Free limo ride to the mall and airport on the hotel limo was a perfect touch. I understand it may not be offered to everyone as they only have two or three cars, but we got lucky enough to get such an offer. Right as we arrived for our stay, the hotel was able to upgrade our room to Burj Khalifa view room at no extra charge. Concierge service was absolutely fantastic. They helped with reservations to restaurants and other activities. They did all with a smile and warm friendliness. Restaurants, lounges and bars were very good. Staff was very good and were there mostly every day of our stay. This way they were able to recognize us and be even more accommodating. We met Chefs and managers. We took photos for memories because of how excellent our overall experience was. We are already planning our next trip and we will definitely stay at Taj Dubai.

You both helped create the perfect chill-out atmosphere. We had the pleasure of dining at Bombay Brasserie, Miss Tess, and Treehouse, sampling the taster menus at both Bombay Brasserie and Miss Tess. Every flavour was thoughtfully crafted, and the dishes complemented each other beautifully. Special thanks to Dechen at Miss Tess for her impeccable attention to detail – you were fantastic. A lovely surprise awaited me on my birthday – cake and balloons, a thoughtful gesture that touched me deeply. It’s this level of care and attention that sets the Taj apart. Now, I do want to mention one unfortunate aspect – not with the hotel, but with some self-entitled guests we encountered during our stay.
