The Club Room was perfect for our needs – spacious, well-appointed, and very comfortable. Having access to the Club Lounge was a real bonus too, offering a relaxing space to unwind with complimentary refreshments throughout the day. The hotel itself was clean, modern, and ideally located for exploring the area. Staff were friendly and attentive, always happy to help with any queries or requests. The only downside for us was the pool area – while clean and well-maintained, it's quite small and unfortunately only gets a couple of hours of sunshine each day due to being surrounded by taller buildings. It’s not the spot for a full day of sunbathing, but nice enough for a quick dip. Overall, we had a lovely stay and would happily return, especially for the comfort of the Club Room and the added touches that made it feel like a real treat.

The hotel is well maintained, and the room cleaning service is of high quality. The staff is professional and very responsive. However, the pool and gym facilities are relatively small for a hotel of this calibre. The location is excellent for ones looking for the Dubai Marina district; although there may be some noise from surrounding roads, it becomes barely noticeable once the curtains are closed.

Great stay

Thank you so much for a wonderful stay. The staff were very friendly - we didn’t get the names of everyone who helped us but thank you to Duncan for helping us with our luggage! The breakfast was delicious and there was a great selection of both hot and cold options. We really appreciate the upgraded room which was beautiful, bright and spacious. We wish the property was closer to the metro but knew that when we booked it - just one thing to consider if you want to try and avoid always taking a taxi! Other than that highly recommend this property

Nice hotel with a beautiful beach resort at a cost

A nice hotel if you want to be in the marina as it’s minutes from the water front and around a 20 minute walk to JBR over a flyover. Taxis are very cheap to take anywhere. The food offering was good and you can walk 15 minutes to the nearby Millennium hotel also owned by the same company to use your Half and Full board vouchers. That hotel has a bar style place and a lovely Japanese restaurant where the maki rolls were amazing. At this hotel there’s a buffet restaurant and also a barbecue/bar type place. There’s loads of eateries along the marina walk and it’ll take you a 15 minute walk to get to them and then a total of 30 minutes to get to the Marina Mall. The service at this hotel was great and all staff were polite and helpful. They had access to the Soluna Beach Resort on the Palm, which has a beautiful pool and beach area. This is at a cost of around £20 per person for a lounger on the beach, but you do get £10 in credit to spend there. There’s also a nice shuttle bus that you can get there for free if you book, but a taxi is only around £15. This was lovely but I wished they sold an entire stay package for this as we went here a lot. There’s a lovely restaurant called Énas in Soluna that is also included in the half and full board offering.

Very clean and modern rooms and a decent stay. The view from the balcony was lovely. The access to Soluna Beach Club and proximity to JBR makes it worth it. However, they really need to get an ice machine on each floor or even the ground floor. Getting ice from the restaurant was a pain (and every time you only receive a tiny cup for 1 drink). Also the 10 dhs charge for bringing wine glasses to the room is so unnecessary and makes it feel like a cheap hotel. I asked for a bottle opener and it took 45 minutes to bring it. Same with food ordered in the restaurant. Otherwise, I enjoyed my stay.

Nice visit

Great location. Need to be on high floor to see much. We had limited view on 3rd floor. It's 32f high. Pool warm. Breakfast crazy busy at times with line ups. Elevators often a long wait. But would stay again. Rooms are nice. We are CDN.

TFC Marina

The location very convenient, plus a shuttle service offered to the mall and metro. All the staff were extremely welcoming and hospitable. The breakfast service was very good.
