Our stay at this hospital was phenomenal. Breakfast was included with our reservation and we enjoyed the buffet every morning. The staff at the restaurant were amazing with top notch hospitality. the airconditioner blew a draft onto the bed and th eonly way i could sleep was to turn it off. i coudl not open the window so i ahda stuffy room.

I arrived at 4 am from a 16 hrs flight and they didnt accept on giving me the room even thoug they had the room ready. I offered to pay half rate and they rejected I payed full price for 4 hours earlier.

The room was elegant and spacious, with stunning views and thoughtful touches that made our stay extra special. The team surprised us with a beautifully arranged birthday setup, complete with treats and balloons that lit up our son’s face with joy — a memory we’ll cherish forever. There is no beach club on the property you have to drive to a seperate location to get to the beach club. There is no beach views, no direct beach access nor restaurants on the water. There is only a pool a few floors up from the lobby that overlooks the nearby mall and buildings around.

Beautiful hotel and wonderful service! This is one of the best hotels I have stayed in. The hotel is attached to a beautiful mall and is so convenient with lots of restaurants, stores and pharmacies and more! The staff in the hotel is exceptional! 10/10

Had some problems with the cooling system in the room and informed the front desk. this is a smart hotel, the room temp was 23.5, we set it to 19 but the temp did not move. Room comfort was affected by this. the front desk keep apologising. was not asking for an apology, just wanted to if they can fix it and explain why it happened. this hotel is relatively new. they offered a room change but it was not possible for us because it would required us to repacked the luggages so that we can move. Already jetlagged and tired, changing room was not a preferred option.
