This was a lovely hotel on the palm. Most staff are very attentive. Rooms exceptionally cleaned regularly. Service in the bar was hit or miss. We managed to have a room right next to the 24/7 construction site. But tbh it was white noise. Imagine some people would not be happy.

We booked a beach side apartment and were put in a room with views of a building site, then we were asked to pay an additional tourist tax. Staff are nice, food is good, but it’s a shame they can’t give you what you paid for….

Full blown construction site working 24/7 next door !! Spent 2 nights with no sleep then decided to leave, , offered larger room by the Manager !! How will a larger room reduce the noise & dust !! Complained 3 times about no hot water over the 2 days along with a constant dripping cistern, nothing fixed !!
