Cabin was absolutely full of dust. The walls and windows where filthy and built up grim. Toilet seat was peeling and very unhygienic. Doona had not been washed and had bodily fluid on it from a previous guest! Old used towel on cupboard from previous guest. Was not impressed that we had a non refundable booking and had to deal with this accommodation.

We had a 3 bedroom cabin, they are fairly new and we were impressed on price as well as space. The room was clean and comfortable. The beds were comfortable and well prepared, the bathroom was clean and the kitchen facilities were ample. We will be back to stay again!

Customer service,check in I couldn't ask for any better it was easy and professional.😁. However the cabin we stayed in was absolutely disgusting the linen looked and smelt like it hadn't been changed in a very long time it smelt the way it looked upon stripping all bedding it got worse the mattresses were an utter disgrace 2 beds out of 6 were used and that was only because we needed a rest from travelling. The lounge could not be sat on unless we covered it as it stunk and was so dirty the covers we used were dirty from using them on the lounge. Bathroom covered in mould toilet still had urine in it the kitchen nothing could be used until it was scrubbed microwave was rusted. We had a late check in and for the 1st 2 hours of being there I had to scrub the place in bleach that still didn't do it much help just made it somewhat stay able for the 12 hrs we acquired it for. It's sad that I have to add this to review as the lady I dealt with in regards to the accommodation was an absolute pleasure and would have gone back just for her unfortunately though the accommodation "cabin" was an absolute turn off. 😞

Absolutely disgusting. Cabins have not been cleaned in a long time. We moved from the first one due to the disgusting state it was in. The second one wasn't much better. Dirt ingrained in to the floor. Black
