The spacious master bedroom offers great views and is stylishly furnished with an en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom is a generous size and next to the large family bathroom.

The apartment has a well-equipped kitchen, plenty of storage and super-efficient underfloor heating. There is secure car parking available in the underground car park with CCTV monitoring

The development is convenient to all the amenities of Booterstown, Ballsbridge and Donnybrook and the DART to whisk you into the city in 15 minutes.

Our Housekeeping Team are taking all precautions including:
Ventilating All Rooms;
Hands washed thoroughly and gloves warn at all times;
The right disinfectants are used.
