Overall a great experience. Very friendly, kind, helpful staff; Very clean hotel and room; Amazing breakfast! Full Irish breakfast and more! One problem is the lack of A/C and ventilation in the room. Not having A/C seems common in Ireland, which makes sense since it hardly ever gets very warm. However, the room still got pretty stuffy with 4 people in it, and the deck door only opened a few inches. The fan was helpful but it was still too warm and stuffy to sleep with any covers on.

Scenic location, safe, lovely walk along the river Liffey into the main centre. Bed was super comfortable and possibly one of the best hotel breakfasts we have ever had. All round excellent.

Our main issue with the hotel was the we arrived at 8AM on an overnight flight from North America so were extremely tired; check-in wasn't until 3PM. that wasn't a problem per se - we understand that. However, we got progressively more frustrated as we saw other guests who showed up later get checked in before, and that we could only access the room at 4PM.

Bad service

When I came back to the hotel from sightseeing around 7pm the room did not have cleaning service so I requested to the front desk. The receptionist said that someone will come asap but no one came for a hour so I called again and somebody came and said that the cleaning team is gone already and we are not able to clean your room tonight. I requested to give us clean towels and take trashes but they did not intend to do it. Disappointed:(

The hotel is walking distance to shopping, food and great photo moments. The rooms are comfortably and clean. My room did not have air-conditioning however the temperature is not normally hot, and a fan was in the room.
