Housekeeping terrible, had to ask every day for same thing ie milk, tea to be replenished and cups to be washed. Dirt on carpet still there after 5 days. Shower walls dirty with soap scum. Restaurant good, especially breakfast.

Spot on!

Stayed here before many years ago and it is still a lovely hotel. Rooms are clean and the front desk and bar areas are all spotless and the staff lovely. Parking is also plentiful and secure.

Efficient airport hotel but but not welcoming

They had the system down for an airport hotel but it felt chaotic. Lobby was loud and hectic. Automated check-in wasn’t easily understandable. Front desk staff was efficient but not welcoming and didn’t answer when I called from the room. But the room was quiet and comfortable and the early morning airport transportation was well done. There were a lot of people lined up for the shuttle and they had two full size buses ready to go.

Overnight stay .

Very comfortable night stay before long trip . Our room was clean and we had everthing we needed for a restful stay. The shuttle bus to the airport was very handy and much appreciated. Thankyou to th Clayton Hotel for an enjoyable experience.
