What we liked: 5 star hotel in terms of rooms and facilities. What we did not like: room was not properly serviced each day, bathroom never got cleaned, beds barely made. This hotel is also super busy so long wait times for check in and the elevators. Staff did not provide Expedia room upgrade and because we booked through Expedia that made us ineligible for swapping breakfast vouchers to dinner vouchers.

Fantastic breakfast

We enjoyed our stay at the Clayton hotel. The room was a little too warm and there wasn't a good way to cool it. The highlight was the absolutely amazing breakfast.

Upon checking in I was upgraded for free, the hotel staff were exceptional. The main restaurant is beautifully designed and has plenty of food options to choose from. The hotel offers free transportation to and from the airport. I would definitely stay at the Clayton hotel again.
