Great airport hotel

I love this hotel for stop over flights to Dublin. It’s so handy and the rooms are nice the beds are fantastic but for the love of god please get a duvet that fits the bed lol

The hotel is a little gem. The lobby is fantastic, the food and drinks were great and the staff was really good. The room was nice but it had an old smoke smell to it and it was really strong when the air conditioning was on.

Convenient to the airport. Staff wait while you use kiosks to check yourself in. Sad. Literally rolled eyes as i was asking questions pre checkin. They validated my parking ticket but the machine still tried to charge. Hit the help button tell them you are validated and they did let me out for free as it ahould be inder 15 minutes with validation. We were 6 people in 2 rooms and the front desk was comatose watching people self checkin. Unacceptable, but hey, its right at the airport so easy for travelers.

It is an airport hotel that suffices for an overnight layover. Nothing to write home about but it was clean. I was surprised at the fee that was charged to access the room an hour early when I checked in. Of course I paid it since I had been travelling on an overnight flight. The shuttle only runs every 20 minutes but it is very walkable to the terminal.

You couldn't really get out and walk around much but the hotel had good dining. The staff was friendly and our room was clean. Easy and quick transport to the airport.

Had a great experience. As forgetful as I am, I left a new pair of trousers and a hoodie behind in my closet. I realized that once I arrived at my next destination, I called the hotel and Tracy was super kind, recovered my forgotten items, and safely kept them until I came back to get them a couple of weeks later. Thank you, Tracy!! The hotel is super clean and convenient as it is within walking distance of the airport.

The airconditioning/ ventilator rattled so loudly that had to switch it off and open a window. Given that we stayed on the ground floor this was not comfortable. It was not a good stay and certainly not worth the high cost. I am happy to send you our recording of the loud AC. It is not acceptable.
