Nice hotel just avoid the breakfast

Nice hotel and the service was excellent Unfortunately the breakfast was awful Maybe it was the time i arrived as its a buffet and there was not much food left.what was left was cold and inedible Pity as everything else was fine but when you pay a big price for a night you expect better

The property itself is gorgeous, but our room was small, cramped and stuffy -- no air circulation and no fans available. Serious updates needed. In fact, it felt like we were sleeping in an attic.

Well placed in Sutton just a short walk to the dart station. Good facilities on site and lovely staff. Beautiful grounds overlooking Dublin bay.

Dissapointed - book with lower expectations

Hotel was very nice from the outside but it was an extremely uncomfortable stay. The heater was left on so when we got in there our room was unbearably hot compared to the rest of the hotel. The windows hardly open so we could not cool it down and they did not offer any real solution beyond a small fan that just circulated the hot air. As well our room phone didn't work. Nice location and good views, but everything else was disappointing unfortunately. Good views in howth, would still recommend visiting the area but I hope the hotel improves.
