The room was clean. I LOVED the shower head. It's the first time I'd seen one like that. The internet connection was excellent according to my teen son lol.

Location was good, allowed early check in and people were friendly however didn't listen to instructions/requests. I asked for extra towels but had to go get them myself every day, told them 3 people were staying not 2 so needed 3 sets of towels. Found a dead cockroach and ear wig in the room, bathroom needs to be redone as the whole faucet fixture was loose and hard to shut off or turn on, either a pill/candy/? on the floor that the dog found, dirty wash clothe behind the bathroom door, burn holes in the sheets and no room service for 3 days saying due to the dog when I specifically told them I don't leave him in the room, goes with me each day.

This properly was outdated and needs a total renovation. All carpet needs to be replaced due to unsanitary material.
