Stayed here with my mom and it was perfect for us! The location is fantastic — just steps away from shopping on Henry Street and about a 10-minute walk to both Temple Bar (where all the pubs are) and Smithfield (home to the Jameson Distillery and the Cobblestone Pub). **Safety Tip:** Be cautious walking alone at night — Abbey Street, just one block over, can be a bit dodgy according to locals. That said, Ubers are quite affordable and a safer option after dark. **Hotel Highlights:** - Comfy Beds: I had such a good sleep! - Great water pressure - Friendly Staff: Everyone was helpful and kind. We arrived early on our first day, totally jet-lagged, and they had a room ready for us — such a relief. - Great size TV in the room and easy to connect my Roku so we could watch movies at night. - They provide a hair dryer - Special Mention: Shoutout to bartender Sean for the lovely chats! ***Only Downsides:*** - The hotel bar is pricey — €12 for a gin & tonic (that’s $18 CAD!) was a bit shocking. But honestly, with all the great pubs in Dublin, you’ll probably be out exploring most evenings anyway. - We were happy we didn’t select the breakfast option here, I checked it out and it looked super simple and not worth it. - No mini fridge in the room. Would definitely recommend for a comfortable, well-located stay in Dublin!

The hotel itself was fantastic, quirky, clean and ideally located a short walk from temple bar. Outside the hotel was dirty, there was a homeless person sleeping just down the street and it didn't feel very safe or friendly. It is an ideal hotel for couples, not so great for friends or family as they only offer twin rooms ot else tou have to get separate rooms. I would definitely come back with my partner, not my mum though!

Really enjoyed my stay here. Room was clean and tidy with a comfortable bed. Free tea and coffee facilities close by. Only negative for me was no draft beers in the very good bar!

Friendly staff for the most part. decent breakfast options- maybe just a little over priced, but overall convenient area to stay in. Walkable to the tourist areas and one block over you can find plenty restaurants. Beds and room were cozy, just a little noisy at night if there are people outside on the street being noisy.

Beautiful new hotel in Dublin. The lobby is stunning and staff very helpful. The rooms are big for Europe, a nice queen bed and plenty of space. You are on the other side of the river so it's a short walk to get to all the attractions but we walked everywhere. Working class area but always felt safe.

This property is close to pubs and shopping, even fairly close to Temple bar. But we didn’t like as the parking situation. Had to park in the garage a couple blocks away, lots of one-way streets and blocked off streets, pretty hard to get to. €30 a night to park.

A stunning and unique hotel that was spotlessly clean and full of character. Within easy walking distance of everywhere we wanted to go, including the Guinness Storehouse, Temple Bar, Trinity College and the city centre. What really made the hotel for us was the staff, who were without exception, friendly, happy and helpful. Will definitely stay again and have recommended to all our friends and family!
